Junior Food Analyst Examination

From 2017 onwards, FSSAI is conducting Junior Analyst Examination (JAE) to create a pool of talented young professionals who will be a part of nation-wide food safety testing network. The aim is to encourage fresh Post Graduates to have job prospects in Food industry and allied laboratories. 59 candidates were declared qualified as Junior Analyst (JA) in the 1st Junior Analyst Examination (conducted in 2017)

Fellowship in Food Analysis (FIFA) Scheme

In order to connect qualified Junior Analyst with the Food Business Operators (FBOs), FSSAI is in the process of framing FIFA scheme. Under the scheme, FBOs would provide a job opportunity to JAs to enable them acquire 3 years experience and be eligible for appearing directly in practical examination of Food Analyst only once.
