All the substances which may be used as processing aids in different food products are listed in Table 1 to 15 along with food additives in the Food Safety and Standards (Food Product Standards and Food Additives) Regulations 2011. There is also a GMP table of food additives including processing aids for all food categories with Annex to GMP table where this GMP table is not applicable.
