The standard for these foods are specified in 2.1.19 i.e Foods for infant nutrition of the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011. These regulations are available in FSSAI website www.fssai.gov.in for everyone at free of cost.
