What is that consumers should be aware about the information on sugars in food label?

The consumer should know that the sugar listed in the nutrition facts label includes naturally occurring sugars (in fruit and milk ) and also those added to the food and drink. So the consumers must check the ingredient list for the specifics on added sugar.
