Junior Analyst Examination (JAE) is a newly introduced examination conducted by FSSAI for fresh post graduates candidates who aspire to have career prospect in food testing and analysis.

JAE consists of two papers Paper-I, II & II. Paper I & II are theory papers each of 2 hours duration containing 100 questions in each paper. Candidates who qualify both Paper I and Paper II are declared as qualified Junior Analyst.There is no practical examination for JAE candidates
