“Wearing of Personnel Protective Equipments such as gloves, depends on the activity you are doing in food handling. All food handlers are required to wear appropriate protective clothing like gloves, hairnet etc, depending on the activity they are performing.
Example – washing hands & sanitizing them is enough while handling food. Gloves may be used while handling finished product.
